
Biscuit Topped Chicken Pot Pie
Makes 6 servings
Ingredients:
1 can (10 1/2 ounces each) Campbell’s® Healthy Request Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
4 cups frozen mixed vegetable blend
2 cups cooked chicken, cubed*
2 cups cooked potatoes, cubed
1 cup Lowfat Bisquick mix
1/2 cup skim or 1% milk
1 whole egg
* Use rotisserie chicken or crock pot cooked chicken for best results
Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

In a large bowl, stir together cream of chicken soup and chicken broth. Add pepper, mixed vegetables, chicken, and potatoes.

Prep 9x13 casserole dish with cooking spray. Pour chicken mixture into dish.

In a small bowl, whisk together Bisquick mix, milk, and egg until smooth. Pour evenly over top of chicken mixture.

Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
