Light Creamy Italian Chicken

 

Makes about 8 servings

 

Ingredients:

 

3 raw chicken breasts

2 cans 98% fat free cream of chicken soup

1 package dry Good Season Italian Dressing mix

8 oz 1/3 less fat cream cheese, cubed

 

 

Directions:
 
  1. Put chicken breasts into a large crock pot. Cover with both cans of cream of chicken soup and italian dressing seasoning. Stir together, making sure to coat chicken on all sides.

  2. Place cream cheese on top of mixture. 

  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4-6 hours.

  4. Serve over rice or pasta.
