40 lbs. later, I am maintaining. I eat and drink what I want on the weekends and practice moderation throughout the week.

I'm pretty well versed in nutrition and fitness so I was resistant to heed my doctor's advice to see a dietitian.  Finally, after gaining and losing the same 10 lbs. I decided to see Belinda.  She was always encouraging and empowering, and I could tell she loves her job.  I took the weight off slow and steady (I've never been so patient).  40 lbs. later I am maintaining.  Belinda always took as much time with me as I needed and I never felt rushed.  She gave me great guidance and I never felt deprived.  Belinda helped me embrace a lifestyle change vs. a diet.  Now I can maintain my weight and still live my life.  I eat and drink what I want on the weekends and practice moderation throughout the week.  Thank you Belinda for helping me refocus to make the changes I needed!
