Simple, satisfying, and perfectly seasoned—ideal for lunches that don’t feel boring.

Makes about 4 servings
Ingredients:
2 cooked chicken breast, shredded (best if cooked in crockpot)
1/4 onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1/4 tsp celery salt
salt and pepper to taste
4 T reduced fat mayonnaise
Directions:
In a large bowl combine all ingredients.
Serve on choice of bread or bed of lettuce.
