Savory Chicken Salad

Simple, satisfying, and perfectly seasoned—ideal for lunches that don’t feel boring.

Makes about 4 servings

Ingredients:

2 cooked chicken breast, shredded (best if cooked in crockpot)

1/4 onion, chopped

2 stalks celery, chopped

1/4 tsp celery salt

salt and pepper to taste

4 T reduced fat mayonnaise

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl combine all ingredients.

  2. Serve on choice of bread or bed of lettuce.


Nutrition Information (per 1/2 cup serving): 140 calories, 5g fat, 3g carb, 18g protein
