Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Perfectly roasted until crispy, caramelized, and impossible to resist.


Makes 9 servings (1 cup each)

Ingredients:

1-1/2 pounds fresh brussel sprouts, sliced in half lengthwise

2 Tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon sea salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. In a large tupperware container, combine all ingredients, cover with lid and shake until brussel sprouts are thoroughly coated with oil.

  3. Pour into 9x13 baking dish. Bake for 45 minutes or until brussel sprouts are tender.
